Start your build here. The Pomo Mini Bike Frame Kit is a bare-steel rolling chassis — frame, forks, wheels, brake, seat, tank, controls and footboard already welded up and bolted on. You skip the jig, the tube bending and the geometry maths, and go straight to the part you actually wanted to do: choosing your engine and finishing it your way.

It rolls out of the box
Both wheels are mounted and turning on knobby tires, the forks are in, the bars are on. You can sit on it, roll it around and start mocking up your engine on day one instead of spending three weekends fabricating before you know if the thing will even work.

Raw steel, deliberately unfinished
The frame is left in bare mill finish on purpose. Weld on your own brackets, tabs and mounts wherever you need them — no stripping paint back to get a clean weld, no ruining a finish you paid for. Then blast it and finish it however you like: gloss, satin, raw clear coat, powder, patina.

Engine mount plate with adjustment slots
A flat mounting platform sits in the middle of the frame with slotted brackets, so you can bolt your engine down and then slide it fore and aft to set your chain tension properly. This is the detail cheap kits get wrong and it's the one that decides whether your build actually runs.

Rear disc brake, fitted and plumbed
A mechanical disc and caliper are already mounted on the rear wheel, with the cable routed up to the bar lever. Real stopping power on the driven wheel, and the fiddliest part of the build is already done for you.

Classic rigid chassis
No suspension at either end, exactly like the mini bikes this shape comes from. Rigid means fewer parts to fail, a lower seat height, dead-simple geometry, and the direct, connected feel that made these things fun in the first place — and it's why the fat low-pressure tires are doing the cushioning.

Fat knobby tires on steel rims
Wide, low-pressure off-road tires at both ends float over grass, gravel and dirt and take the edge off the ride on a rigid frame. Common sizes on standard hubs, so replacements are cheap and everywhere.

Padded bench seat and fuel tank located
Both are already mounted and positioned on the frame, so your ergonomics and your fuel routing are sorted. Sit on it and it feels right — that's a lot of guesswork removed.

Diamond-plate footboard
A proper full-width steel platform to stand on, with a tread pattern that keeps your boots put when they're wet or muddy. Not a pair of pegs — a floor.

Etched Pomo front plate
